In this episode we talked with Talysha Reeve about the considerations Podiatrists should have when providing rehabilitation clinically, how important clinical reasoning is, and whether “just getting strong” was good enough. We also covered the pragmatic approach to rehab in the real world; talking through biopsychosocial considerations, patient adherence, behaviour change and how well rehabilitation lends itself to online/remote consultations.

About Talysha Reeve:
Talysha Reeve gained her B.App.Sc.(Podiatry) from UWS in 2007 and has a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Rehabilitation from Flinders Univeristy (2015) as well as a Cert IV in Fitness. Talysha has been practicing and working exclusively in sports & musculoskeletal for the last 10years. She owned her own biomechanical & musculoskeletal podiatry clinic in NSW for a little over 6 years however sold the practice last year to relocate to Adelaide to advance career & begin delivering podiatry CPD courses/workshops/lectures in the area of assessment & management of musculoskeletal conditions & movement-based therapies.
